The Strayhorn Grill was opened in 2009 by Bill and Sheryl Martin, both from cattle raising families in Colorado and Texas. Working in the cattle business, as well as living it, they have a great appreciation for high-quality beef and a love of western atmosphere and home cooking. Whether you want a country breakfast, a ranch raised juicy hamburger for lunch or a great steak with a glass of wine for dinner this is the place for you! Strayhorn is known for our incredibly high quality local smoked steak, smoked brisket and pulled pork, but we serve deliciously classic American fare as well.
